Who we are
Delft Hyperloop is a non-profit student team of Delft University of Technology, located at Stevinweg 4, 2628 CN Delft. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are.
What data we collect
Newsletter: your first name and email address, and your consent to receive our newsletter. Press kit and contact requests: your name, company, email address and the message you send us. Applications: the information you fill in when you apply to join the team. Emails you send us directly.
Why we use it
We only use your data for the reason you gave it to us: sending you our newsletter, answering your question or press request, or handling your application. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only the members of the Delft Hyperloop team who need it for the purpose above. Our website runs on Webflow, which stores form submissions for us. If we use an email service to send our newsletter, your name and email address are stored there as well.
How long we keep it
Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Other messages and requests are deleted when they are no longer needed, and at the latest when the team year ends and the work is handed over to the next team.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email. You can also ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing cadorf@delfthyperloop.nl. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Using our content
Texts, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Delft Hyperloop or our partners. Journalists and partners may use material from our press kit when they mention Delft Hyperloop. For other uses, please ask us first.
